Smart Fix Eastgate is a *****

So disgusted by the service i received from Smart Fix- East gate. I was told they would fix the back of my iPhone (which had cracked glass but was fully functional with no issues) in 2 hrs and it would look exactly the same. I waited 4 hrs and was told it will look nothing alike after they had already put my phone in 10million pieces with no return. They then sent me off with elastics around my phone and it is completely nonfunctional- the speakers no longer work and the front screen color is completely messed. I will never use them again
