Wow .. great service. Great product.
Very professional. Contacted them. They sent me a short form asking for further information. They then scheduled a site visit. John was knowledgeable and knew his stuff.
I made use of their partner finance company which went very smoothly.
Scheduled installation and their crew installed flawlessly. Very neat with minimal disruption.
One of the installers damaged an item in our kitchen by mistake, and smart energy refunded with no questions asked.
All the guys that worked on our installation were employees of smart energy and knew their stuff. No subcontractors were used which is quite refreshing.
The Tesla system and panels has us virtually off grid, and it’s winter in Cape Town. We don’t know what load shedding is anymore.
We chose Tesla as we can really run the entire house seamlessly on it, and the app is incredible. Plus, they have awesome local support and will be around in ten years time to honor a guarantee if needed.
I highly recommend smart energy.
