Wonderful, totally professional service, from initial contact to final installation (and follow up service). Installed a 3kW grid-tied system in mid-2021 and haven’t looked back. Everyone in this company has an amazing service ethic. Phone calls were returned quickly, the team arrived on time and follow up calls are really helpful. There was a problem getting inverter and battery to communicate properly on installation but the team came back to sort it out with no quibble. And best of all, the house runs smoothly through loadshedding. Haven’t had an outage even in Stage 6. Even a 15 hour power outage in Cape Town in December (not loadshedding related) wasn’t a problem, with a bit of careful battery management. Would highly recommend SmartEnergy SA!
