Terrible Service - Very disappointed

I would just like to support the views of all the unsatisfied clients here of Smart Energy SA. I have been given the exact same attitude, and complete lack of support from the same person there. They just want you to buy the system, they are very good at that! and then its your problem, even though they give you 12 years warrantee, this means nothing. Everything is always 100% and how it should be, even if it is not! I have 35 years experience working in power generation industry, I do know enough in this field. Even a faulty optimizer that I have been reporting for close to 2 years is still not repaired. Just read the replies to previous reviews and their tone, if you want to know what's awaiting you after you purchase their solar system. I'm tired of their attitude and lack of client support and ethics. This matter has been reported to the SolarEdge head office (I assume USA) for further investigation, let's see if they are any better. I will not say anymore about them, because its a waste of my energy and time.
