Good quality install, but communication below standard.

Great system installed, and the workmanship is pretty good. I was disappointed with the communication around the scheduling of the install, and I am still waiting for a small setup issue to be resolved (after requesting a couple of times). The install took a lot longer than anticipated and there was quite a few hours wasted when the team could have been productive on site.
