Received Full Payment - Job Not Completed

We got Smart Construction / Pieter Jordaan in Randfontein to do some alternative building works and repairs on our property.<br> <br> He send us the quote and advised full payment before work can start. We paid the full amount of almost R30 000, he came to do some work and never came back since.<br> <br> When we phoned him, he answered and said he is just to busy to come in the next week to complete. This past 2 months we battle to get hold of him as he doesnt answer and or reject our calls.<br> <br> Please dont use him, his work is incomplete and demand full payment for this. If we knew this from the beginning we would have chose someone else or paid him as the work progressed.<br> <br> His company name is Smart Construction, based at 121 Strydom Street, Randgate, Randfontein<br> <br> Thank you<br> Elaine Lund
