I bought an iphone X from Smart Cellular. I couldn’t get the face scanner to work, and returned it to them after just few days. They sent it back saying it wasn’t faulty. This happened 3 more times, until finally I took it to Apple who actually know how to diagnose faults. They gave me confirmation that the face scanner was faulty. I sent the phone back to Smart Cellular. They say that as there is ‚the possibility‘ that I mishandled the phone, and broke it myself, that the guarrantee is void. So they sold me a broken phone, and refuse to compensate me in any way. BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Order #***
