Terrible experience, don't recommend

Terrible experience, don't recommend. Basically I bought a Samsung S10plus BLACK prism Pristine condition. It took more than 1 month (and after some emails) for them to send the product to me. When the product arrived it was NOT what I was asking for, I asked for black, they gave my white, I asked for pristine condition, they gave me at best "excellent" condition (meaning it had visible marks of usage). As soon as I tried to charge it it showed a warning for the battery. I had to go to a phoneshop in my town to see what was the problem, it said i was showing signs of humidity, he did a cleanup and started working. At this point I was frustated, but since the battery problem was fixed I was willing to do a 2 weeks trial to see if i would keep the phone. For my surprise, even thought i almost never used the phone, the phone started to get a crack on the back of the phone, not a external crack as if I had dropped it, but an internal one. obviously I had my breaking point and didnt want to have this phone back, he came with a lot of problems and it was too much trouble. I sent back to them and they said because of the crack on the back I couldnt receive any refund. When I say i didnt use the phone I mean I literally never used the phone to see if the battery was gonna show any type of problem again. I never dropped it and the phone always stood on top of a mousepad. They gave me a phone with micro cracks and it "exploded" on my hands for to speak.

The worst part is they would never accept my refund either way, because one of their policies is that they dont accept cracks or humidity on their warranty. So, even if I've sent the phone as soon i got in my hands they still wouldnt accept it because it clearly had signs of humidity as the guy from the shop said.

So i don't recommend buying from here, they didn't give me the right product, didn't give me a good product as well and are not willing to resolve my problem.
