Help Please, Being **********!!!!!!

I have received a handset which had never ending problems. my contract states that if the phone is not repaired within 21 days then I would receive a new handset. my phone is at their repair centre for about 2 months yet no new phone. when I call the call centre, im either being transferred all over or the phone is being put down on me when they get my details. if there is anybody out there that can help me, please contact me on ***. people that I dealt with who cannot help or put the phone down on me or never ever return calls are as follows. Arthi Nkulu, Megan Hendriks, Mary Mhlope, Nolubo Mgenwana and the manageress who cannot make a decision is Marianna Bosch. apparently they are waiting for their superiors to make a call as to replace my cellphone although its just under a year old and still under guarantee. it takes them almost 2 months yet that decision is no hard to make. Although the manageress is trying her best, she does not have any support from their company who are clearly ripping me off. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIPP YOU OFF AND TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT. YOU BETTER OFF BUYING PRE PAID. WENDY KNOWLER PLEASE HELP ME.
