Smart cash loan pathetic service, i have requested a paid up letter from Stanger branch and it was a traumatizing, brutality, aggressive hostility experience i ever experienced before. I had to pay even all other outstanding account due to bad service they offered me, i wonder where are the ethics, morals, customer approach principles in this company? They failed dismal to assist me with just a paid up letter, i had to wait for it since they were offereing account statement yet i requested paid up letter. When i phoned their head office myself i was told that they did not requested any paid up letter bearing reference number as per my request
