Smart cars

I have been trying to sort out my documentation for the car that i bought from them enven spending a fortune to make repairs on the vehicle Smart cars promised me to send the documents within a week. Its been a month and a half now and i did not get any reply. With all that said i did pay them to register the vehicle on my name. The amount required for all this was given by the company (smart cars) yet he called me for additional money because he said he did not make any profit!
