Not so Smart Buy

Bought a vehicle on the 13th of January 2023 from Mohammed at Smart Cars Jhb. 1st problem was that we were **** to regarding the question "was the vehicle in an accident" the answer NO. Took the vehicle to Toyota and got a report on what was faulty on the vehicle and turns out the vehicle was indeed in an accident and 2 airbags needs to be replaced upon other issues with the vehicle. Its almost a month now since the purchase and the vehicle has still not been registered in our name even if Prince indeed confirmed last week that the vehicle has been registered on our name. When in conversation with Prince (As Mohammed is never there) Prince hangs up the phone when asked about the registration of the vehicle, refund requests as well as the damage of the vehicle that was due to none compliance in outright lying about the vehicle being in an accident. He suddenly says now he didn't know but when he sold it to us it was a stern NO. Do not do business with them
