Samsung Smart Care lab has phone needs returning four times and now claim warranty expired, yet they had it soooo long!

Samsung Smart Care Lab in Century City has repaired the same "spare" phone of ours three times. On the third time, we took it it, we told them, the screen that they replaced doesn't last two weeks, and as the phone is a loan phone for visitors, it is very inconvenient to keep bringing it back in, and it never actually got used in the meantime. Well, the fourth time it happened, I said to myself "why bother with Samsung Smart Care lab, they probably will find an excuse again!" True to the word, a Samsung agent phoned on Monday 6th June, the last day of the warranty to ask how we rate the service I'd experienced with Samsung. Told her of the dismal performance, and she offered to phone back for the Service order no. On the 9th June, Dhyna ***) phones, I believe it to be the same agent, and when I give her the details, she tells me the warranty expired on Monday, the day the other agent phoned me. It gets better, my phone spent a total of 9 weeks over the three repairs with Samsung (they dont phone you when it's ready, you have to phone them!!). So the agent rang back telling me my warranty has now expired.

So, three days after warranty expired, but let's not count the 9 weeks Samsung had it sitting in their repair shop. Good news for Samsung Smart Care, Century City, they don't phone you when phone is ready, and waste your warranty!
