Complaint

Smart care had terrible service towards us , they gave the phone back with a Broken back cover , the charger point was faulty and its water damaged but everything else works and charges on a wireless charger , the fixing cost was over R2300 which i find ridiculous and the phones only 4months old & they want to use the garenttee to fix their mistake. Their company had our wrong email address so we had to sniff knowing the phone was done . We are utterly disgusted
