MOST UNSTATISFIED CUSTOMER

A complaint was logged on Thursday the 7th of July, regarding our switchboard and phone lines being down. Vodacom has informed us that this was due to a fiber issue.

5 days later our systems are still down and the problem is not resolved, and our business stands still.
