Late delivery

I bought building material from Smart build on 15/11/2017 and paid for delivery same day (four loads). I was advised to expect delivery on the 18/11/2017. I had people stay home all day on the 18th and they did not come. The next day also, nothing was delivered. I had to call and scream at them , they delivered only a load of cement and wire roll. I had to push them by calling everyday, until they delivered most of the material. Right now, as 06/12/2017, I have a balance of 321 bricks not delivered and the contractors have to wait.
