TV installer nightmare

Shahied of Smart Audio visual was contracted to connect my various TV's to DSTV and Netflix and leave the system operational. Over a period of some six weeks he muddled along, talked and talked, got the system half working, charged a lot of money and came up with varying explanations and excuses. I eventually gave up on him and arranged for professional installers to partly redo and complete the job.
