Do not use this service provider. As per the previous reviewer, I had exactly the same service where I paid a deposit for the repair of my toaster oven. The individual who fetched by oven promised to return it the next day and couldn't be contacted again. After approximately 3 weeks, I was contacted to say the repair was completed, but I first needed to pay the balance, which I refused to do. Do not use this service provider.
