Smart Appliance Centre and Hisense, service excellence!

Bought a Hisense fridge from Makro,which went on the blink a few months into the warranty. Hisense sent out the team from Smart Appliance Centre and they resolved the issue within a few minutes. The manner the repair was handled from the Makro, to the admin at Smart and the technicians has been nothing short of excellent. They also had a look at my Samsung washing machine whilst on site and collected this for repairs at their workshop which was repaired and delivered within 5 days. I am extremely happy with he service received.
