PATHETIC SERVICE

I contacted this Company to order parts for my Smeg stove. They ask me to communicate via whatsapp. I did send them the serial number and model number. I had to contact them more than 6 hours later because there was NO response. I phoned again to speak to a supervisor which was also unsuccessful attempt. I whatsapp them again about n week later and still they dont reply to my whatsapps AT ALL, NO COMMUNICATION, UPDATE, FEEDBACK ETC ETC ETC!!!! Just pure PATHETIC SERVICES!!!!!!
