Pathetic service!!!

Had one of their technicians come out to assess our AEG built-in oven. Technician said one of the fans needed to be replaced. All good. It has now been over 4 weeks to receive a quotation, let alone when they're actually coming to do the job. Useless service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you have extreme patience...
