Extremely poor service

BE VERY WARY OF SMART APPLIANCE CENTRE, Blackburn road, Durban North - Problem with my AEG washing machine. Smart Appliance centre sent a bakkie to collect the machine. Then the waiting and lies prevailed. After the first week, 5 calls were made to enquire as to progress. They will phone back, BUT NEVER EVER did. At the end of the second week on a Saturday the bakkie arrives with the " so called repaired" machine, with an Invoice of +R1600.00 to be paid before release. NO phone call as to what was the problem, nor cost. Emergency payment done and GUESS what. It still stops at 1(one) minute, like it did before. Email sent to them regarding latest return, and we still await a response. This company is totally unprofessional.
