Excellent service!!!

I was referred by Samsung to have my fridge repaired. i booked the call with the lady at the office, and immediately got a reference number for my call. A few hours later, 2 technicians called out to my home. They inspected the fridge, explained the fault and advised the office will revert with costing and part availability. An hour later I was called and quoted. The technician called out the next day with the parts required, fitted them on and got the unit working. I am extremely impressed with the manner the repair was carried out, from the office staff to the technicians.
