DO NOT USE THEM, PROFESIONALISM DOES NOT EXIST WITH THEM.

Review No.2 This must be the most utter useless and pathetic home appliance service business in this country. Smart appliance centre in operation for 4 decades…… HOW???.. people be warned do not use them and I will tell you why !!!. I had my washing machine accessed by them and I was assured that an inlet valve was the problem, after I was informed of the cost and declined there quote that would have cost me a arm, a leg and kidney for a part I can get for almost 1/8 of the quote cost. I have asked for my machine to be delivered un-repaired and this is where all the colours of their pathetic and useless so called professionalism came to sketch. Monday I was contacted to inform my machine will be delivered and yet the first lie come to light. Tuesday I contacted them and left a message so that I can be contacted regarding undelivered machine. The unprofessional ethics continue to be highlighted seeing I was not contacted on Tuesday as lie no 2 comes to light. By my surprise I was contacted on Wednesday morning not to apologize for not calling me but to promise me my machine will be delivered today (Wednesday) but it will only be after 12 (lunchtime), and yes people machine was not delivered and lie no 3 comes to light. Thursday I again contacted them to ask where my machine is and I was informed that it will be delivered today (Thursday) but it will be around 4pm and yes lie no 4 comes to light. I decided to go and open up a case of theft against them and was told to contact them and give them the option to deliver it on Friday and if not the case of theft will then be implemented due to the instructions from the police officer. I contacted them Friday morning and after a heated conversation I was told my machine will be delivered today (Friday) before 4pm and so lie no 5 comes to light. Just before lunchtime on Friday a gentleman contact me to assure my machine will be delivered today before 4pm and yes lie no 6. Saturday morning the police officer was in a rude obnoxious and unprofessional call trying to find out when delivery will be done. The pathetic excuse for not delivering my machine was “at the time we could not deliver or we did not have delivery of some sort of bull****” then why at the time did u call and promise to deliver and did not do as was promised and so the lies and bull continued. Eventually the next week Monday my machine was delivered and it looked like the washing machine was used as a bumping car bumper. They so call strive and highlight professional customer services and yet my machine comes back worst than the way it left, full of dents and sc****s and marks and no care what so ever was taken to handle my machine and yet they expect people to give them work. Now I have replaced the part and it took me 10 minutes and yet after informing them what the issue was they could not repair it on site and that continue to show how useless they actually are, yet it’s so clearly highlighted on their site as a professional service to customers. Please my ass, when we wanted to use the machine it did not work as it should as now it had another issue and that was with the pump. So now there vindictive and spitefully pathetic natures comes to shine even brighter and this is who u trust with your hard earn money valuables. I traced the problem with an electrician that a wire was cut (clipped) that leads to the pump to perform certain operations and this shows me there true colours as a useless company. PEOPLE DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY ARE LIERS, AND VANDICTIVE AND SPITEFULL AND HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT PROFESTIONAL SERVICE IS. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL.
