Awesome!!! WOW!!! I had called Hirsch service center before calling Smart Appliance. I was blown away. Simone answered all my questions with regards to repairs for a very old chest freezer. So unlike Yugen from Hirsch. If this is the service I got from just a phone call, I am sure that the technicians will be on the same level. Once I have engaged their service I will give feedback.
