Poor Customer Service

Honestly only used them because I couldn't find anyone else. Customer service was absolutely horrible, from communication to basic manners. I had to constantly call and find out what was going on. Every time they came to fetch the washing machine, they arrived AFTER hours and this was extremely annoying. They "fixed" washing machine in December, it started coming up with the same error codes now in Janaury as before they fixed it (which then meant it had to have been the same issue which they fixed and charged me for a brand new pump) and they claimed that it was my fault, anyway, they returned it and "fixed" it now but again, only arrived at 5PM. In the future would honestly rather buy a new washing machine. The staff and technicians have horrible ettiquette. I have clients in a different industry and ensuring that they know what's going on at every step is of the highest priority. They couldn't even get back to me when they found out what was wrong, they say "we'll call you back this afternoon", 24 hours later still no communication.
