DON'T BOOK HERE. IT'S A ****. THEY HAVE CHEAP RATES TO LURE YOU

I share the same sentiments as the person below who reviewed this place. The service is APPALLING!!!. I further agree with him/her that this place doesn't deserve any star whatsoever.

I was supposed to check in on 18-12-2020 and check out on 20-12-2020. I was provided with the contact number of the person at reception who was supposed to check me in. What an IDIOT of a person. I phoned this person on *** to advise him that I will be late for my check in.

When I got to the place, I phoned him to open the gate. Instead of the gate opening, he came out to tell me that he can't let me in. I asked him for a reason and he told me that because I arrived after the Covid travel curfew. Number 1...what does that have to do with your establishment, and number 2, I phoned this IDIOT to make arrangements with him prior. I drove all the way from Pretoria(258km) to Polokwane to be told this nonsense. I tried to reason with this FOOL who is apparently the manager to explain to him that it's festive season, the road(N1) to Polokwane on this day is congested with traffic, it was raining, there were accidents, thus the late arrival. All that this bird brain manager could say was "sorry, but I can't let you in". I sent him a text when I was about 30 minutes away to tell him that I was getting closer. He didn't bother to reply. I asked him where am I supposed to find a place to sleep at that time. He couldn't care less. Again, all he could say was "sorry". He said something stupid about how their license could be revoked if he lets me in because I was travelling outside the curfew. I know for a fact that he was lying because Town Lodge Polokwane gave me a room. Not only is he STUPID, but he's a **** is well.

I phoned him the following day to advise him that I will be checking in for the remainder day. To my disbelief, he told me that my booking has been cancelled. I asked him for a reason and he told me that it's a "No Show". How the hell is it a "No Show" when I showed up and I was talking to him face to face the previous night?. I requested my refund and he told me that I can't be refunded because my booking has been cancelled and that there's no refunds for cancellation. You are the one who cancelled my booking you *****, I didn't.

To the public at large reading this, save your money and spare yourself the trouble and energy of what I experienced. Look for Town Lodge Polokwane. They are professional, they are within the same vicinity to this ***** establishment called Small World Modern Apartment, their rates are affordable and they are classier.

To Small World Apartment, I'm that guy. I will fight this until I get my money back. Watch me.
