Order online

I placed an order on the 26th of Feb with them but before I placed the order I asked them to confirm how long delivery will be, they said it would take 2-5 working days and after that I placed the order. I messaged them on whatsapp on the 5th working day and they responded by saying it will either be delivered that friday or the Monday after which was the 9th of March, today is the 10th and still I have received nothing and they very bad with communication. I would not recommend them to anyone at all. Going to try and get my money back.
