Insurance which I cannot use or cancel

The policy is supposed to cover minor motor vehicle damage, but is limited to R3000 per panel/claim, which is less than my recent claim. They will not allow me to pay in the difference, which I offered to do, nor can I cancel this useless policy because the entire 60 month premiums have been added to the BMW Financial services contract.
