Do not want to finalize claim

When i bought my car i took a small dents and scratches cover with SMART, i called them mid September to claim for small scratches. I sent pics, got quotations, i call to make follow ups and told the photos are still being evaluated. It is almost 2 full months now and they haven't assisted me!!!!!!!!
