Smael watches - sunglass order

I placed an order with Smael for two pairs of sunglasses that my husband and I saw advertised on Facebook. I paid for the order and received a mail stating that the order is being processed and that I will receive an mail with a tracking number as soon as the couriers has picked up the order. This was on a Friday. Over that following weekend my husband went into the Smael website and found that there is many other sunglasses to choose from (not only those that we saw on the Facebook add) and there was another pair that he liked better. What I then did was to send an email to ask if I could exchange one pair since the 'Tracking email' have not arrived yet. I was told that it is possible. I then changed my mind about the pair that I chose as well and I send another mail. When I did not get a immediate reply , I sent the same mail to all the other addresses for Smael that I could find (there is smael south africa, sales & support email adresses) as well as to the whatsApp number. When I eventually got to speak to a person, I realised that he is the only one that is handling Sales and support for the watches and sunglasses. I have to take my hat off to Wynand, he handled my request very professionally and even made sure that after all my order changes, the sunglasses arrived in time for my husband's birthday!
