Unresponsive, unhelpful and deceiving

I have ordered a smart watch from Smael after seeing the ad on Facebook. The watch would not synchronize with my fiancé's phone and did not perform as to what was advertised. The instructions received with it was just a small piece of paper and not helpful. Watch is not user friendly. I also tried to synchronize it with my phone and could not get it to work either. I was dissatisfied with the item and contacted the supplier to return it. He gave me a delivery address which is at a private residence. I paid for the courier and sent the item to him. He tested it and told me that the watch was in working condition and he would not refund me for it as it is now a used item. So this was a total misunderstanding on my part as I thought if I sent it pack with original packaging and in good condition that I would receive my money back. Wynand Le Roux then told me that I could send a courier again on my own cost to have the item returned to me. He does not reply to my emails or whatsapps and to date I he has not confirmed with me to have the item picked up or redelivered. I would pay him for courier if he sent it. I obviously did not get the item or the money back.
