Beware of Smael Sa

Please beware of SMAEL SA. My original purchase I had no issues with 01/11/2018.(apart from the seconds dial lagging behind the digital time). With purchase no 2&3 on the 24/05/2019. I had issues with both watches. They develop condensation under the watch lenses.my son washed his hands under running tap water, mine not sure where the moisture came from. We did not swim as it was winter. I contacted Wynand and lodged the issue on 15/7/2019. Where there was promptly rep**** the watches aren't waterproof. Only resistant. (After I asked and the Owner told me it is 50m RESISTANT and swims with his own on a daily basis. with no issues)I then got instruction to send the watches back for assessment via courier on my own account. 22/8/2019.

I am still waiting for the outcome 14/10/2019 after I have contacted SMAEL on 3 different occasions. They are waiting for the warranty department is the feedback you get........

Quick to sell, very bad after sales. This after they tell you please don't hesitate to contact us with any issue. Will not support SMAEL again.
