Aweful Service

I definitely would not recommend Smael to anyone we recieved the most aweful service from them. my wife ordered me a watch from them and clicked on the self collection option from them. she was then told it should not be on their website. she then asked Wynand to change the deliver address as the address attached to the card was wrong he agreed to do so. the watch was then delivered to the wrong address and after a lot of back and forth she was told by the courier company that the address was never changed. the watch then went missing and they had no stock to replace it with and so she then requested a refund this was eventually done leaving her now having to rush around to make other arrangements for a gift a couple days later the courier delivers the watch to our complex and just drops it off. they then give us the option to keep the watch and when I asked for a discount for all the messing around I was told that they will just fetch the watch and I was made out as if I was expecting a free watch. with this complete bitter experience coupled with the bad attitude their products are not worth and shows they have no regard for their customers.
