I placed a order Online from SMAC web page: [URL Removed] on 2014-10-22 and paid for the order Online.<br> <br> I am still waiting for my order or for SMAC to contact me via email or phone...<br> <br> I have contacted SMAC HEAD OFFICE countless times since October 2014 and spoke with a 'Michelle' who never could give me a straight answer on when my order will be send to me...<br> <br> I even contacted SMAC on their web page,and until now I'm still waiting for a reply !!<br> <br> Can somebody please tell me what kind of action there is I can take,for making a Online Payment for a Order I did not receive ???<br> <br> Will you wait almost 4 months for something you paid for but did not receive yet ???
