Extremely disappointing and dishonest !
Unfortunately SM Structures in my case and many others I have subsequently found do not deliver as per the quotation and agreement and worst still don’t honour their workmanship. I tried to get them to sort out a modular home they build for me for two and a half years before going the legal route which they dragged out for a further close on two years when i together with other aggrieved customers put our case to “The Devi Show”. See attached. My only wish is for consumers to do a full due diligence before using them and be aware of the track record. https://www.enca.com/shows/devi-sm-structures-and-nono-events-21-may-2023

You haven’t been truthful in that we tendered to fix all the snags but you refused us access to your property and thus made our performance impossible. You then left the unit to become waterlogged and water damaged due to your refusal to allow us to fix it. We did not leave it in the condition that you purport it was given to you

You continually canceled coming out and eventually after more than 2 years I gave up on SM structures making good the work. I am happy to set up a link and share every mail and message between us.
