My grandmother passed away on 16th April 2019. I have submitted all requested documents so they can process the authority letter for us. I phone every week to follow up but all I get is excuses It has been more than a year now. All my grandmother's proceedings are on hold still. I would not advise anyone to do business with SM Mbatha INC, they are unreliable and ***********. I am so disappointed because we can't even move on with my family, they are just making matters worse.
