Seriously poor service!!
Seriously poor service!!! They even ignore calls and emails when following up with the order. I have been waiting for over the promised 35 days delivery period. They then promised and another day and not achieve it, yet fail to update me or even respond to my follow-up communication. I had to ask someone else to call and they picked up the phone, so I was literally avoided.

18 Aug 2021, 22:09It's now the 18th August 2021, a 4th month after I made the payment to SM Auto Parts. I gave up in June and requested a refund, but I still haven't received it.
Their response is now saying they app**** for a Government relief, which is an excuse I don't buy into. My money has nothing to do with their operating costs.
They are just dragging and taking their own time. In fact they threatened me to do this after I laid this complaint, seeing that they were ignoring my emails and calls.
