Slumberland Mattress

SAGGING MATTRESS, USELESS GUARANTEE!

We purchased a premium range Slumberland Jupitar Medium King Extra Length from Mr. Mattress in Somerset West on the 7th of December 2025. The mattress was delivered on 15 December 2025. Less than one month later, the mattress is sagging badly on both sides, completely hollow where our bodies lie, and has a bulge down the centre and by our heads and feet.

We had the Slumberland expert assess the mattress; his findings are that there is nothing wrong with the unit. Their warranty is an absolute gimmick to have people purchase their product.

Do not buy any Bravo brand mattress, like Edblo, King Koil, Sealy or Slumberland. They have NO after-sales service.

Hi Renard, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must be to feel unhappy with such an important purchase. A new mattress should provide comfort and support, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Following your report, an assessment was arranged with a Slumberland-appointed technician in line with the manufacturer’s warranty process. The inspection concluded that the mattress meets manufacturing specifications and that no structural defect was detected. As per the warranty terms, claims can only be approved where a confirmed manufacturing fault is present. We would like to clarify that body impressions and comfort changes can occur during the initial settling period of a mattress, particularly with premium comfort layers, and these do not necessarily indicate a defect. The visible height and feel of a mattress can also be influenced by the type and condition of the support base being used. Thanks Verdi
