Products out of stock

My mother and I have been to the Slug and Lettuce in Durbanville on several occasions and each time we have been disappointed. Our first visit, my mother ordered biltong and we were informed that the biltong was out of stock. She then ordered spring rolls which were also out of stock. We called our waiter to ask what was actually in stock and he proceeded to tell us that we should have chilli poppers after we had just ordered it which clearly proved how inattentive he was. The manager then made us a small portion of nachos which might I add, definitely didn't tickle our taste buds one bit. Our second visit we ordered Grey Goose vodka to then, yet again, be informed that they were out of stock. On our third visit we ordered sprite which was out of stock and then we ordered chili poppers which was also out of stock. Needless to say Bossa Nova gained a customer that day and the Slug and Lettuce lost one.
