What a joke Slow Lounge

<p>What a joke with the "peak" times and guest. I was going to use the slow lounge at King Shaka with my wife at 3pm only to be told that no guests allowed as it is peak time . The lounge is not busy . It seems that the off peak times are when nothing is happening and there is no need to use their facilities. Or they don't want more support. I will never advise people to use the slow lounge as there will never be a reason to use it. Due to the ridiculousness of the slow lounge I am considering moving all my business away from FNB to another bank which alines itself with facilities that allows guests.</p> <p>I hope that I get some form of feed back on this but from what I experienced I doubt it.</p> <p> </p>
