Unfairly charged - bad attitude

On Saturday 16 January 2016 I travelled back to Jhb from King Shaka Airport. My kids were curious to see the slow lounge since I had just updated to platinum status via fnb and told them about this.<br> We entered the lounge, Nicole was extremely snobbish, not friendly at all.<br> I clearly told her I would just like to have a look, she told me I was allowed one visitor with me.<br> Both my kids (age 5 and 8 ran in).<br> Nicole swiped my card, I must admit I did not know the rules to entering the lounge.<br> Fnb told me I could access the lounge at any time when I was upgraded to Platinum.<br> Now I am slapped with a bill of R750.00 which FNB is not willing to reverse.<br> I spoke to Faith at the slow lounge on Monday morning. She verified I did not use the lounge and am eligible for the refund.<br> I demand I be refunded immediately.
