Unacceptable behaviour from Shasha

Shasha at OR Tambo’s Slow Lounge should not work with customers. She is extremely rude. When the person two places in front of me took too long in her opinion to swipe his credit card, she rolled her eyes and said “Christ”. How is such complete disrespect for paying customers tolerated!?
