Arrived at SLOW lounge about 90min before our flight back to Johannesburt, as so many times before and was refused entry because I didn't have my card on me. I could supply my card number but they want to swipe a pysical card. Also could not go in as my husband's guest on his card as apparently (for the first time since we can remember), he can't take me in at \peak time"even though I have my own card!!!!
