Slow lounge....Yes indeed...or should I say "Rude lounge" would be more appropriate!

Just to say that we are very extremely disappointed with our latest experience at the Slow lounge OR Tambo airport. My husband and have been private clients for over 15 years and I also have my business account with FNB. To be told that we are excluded from making use of the lounge during peak times - might I add is set for most of the day - because of our guests aka, our 2 kids of 10 - and 11 years old, one having a heart condition. This was at 6:30 am on 4 Apr. Norma (who refuses to give her last name) telling us very arrogantly that we are welcome to go inside but our kids are to stay behind. This with a lounge that had very few people inside at the time and again busy with renovations. No manager in site and when we insisted was eventually phone called, a Miss Bernadette Shabangu who supported "Norma's" rude behavior. She made us wait like naughty children till 7:01 and then started with a range of questions which no other guests had to answer, like what are the names and ID no's of our children, taking her time to eventually get all the admin out of the way. Spite full beyond believe….What an extremely humiliating and embarrassing experience for two professional people to be treated that way.
