SLOW LOUNGE ACCESS

I am appalled that FNB Slow Lounge allows you access, you think okay we have complimentary visits for you and your partner and one week later, debit your account with R500 as apparently you don't qualify for complimentary visits.

Surely you should advise the card holder upfront, in fact one FNB card holder in front of me was informed to pay R 250 and she decided not to pay. Why allow me and my partner if we do not have complimentary visits?

Appalled at this behaviour especially being with FNB for many years, a private client and a business client with ebucks reward level 4.

Unauthorized debit and they not prepared to reverse. Thinking of taking my business where it is appreciated. Dismal customer service. Was told oh you should have used your business card not your personal card but both linked on FNB and Ebucks profile?
