Privacy breach and No Service

I use the Slow Lounge fairly regularly - approx once every 2 weeks. I was returning from an international flight & decided to use the shower facilities. My word! I was still in the process of preparing for my shower, when one of the staff decided to OPEN THE DOOR FROM the outside! If I had been in the shower my naked body would have been exposed for the general public to see. I had written my name on the register so there was NO excuse for my privacy to have been breached in this manner. I put my clothes back on & went to see why I had been violated in this manner. The staff on duty did not even apologize, she gave a lot of excuses that she did not know I was in there (duh, a locked door) and that they had a procedure to keep the door locked, I retaliated with the fact that MY NAME WAS REGISTERED on the \shower register". I resumed my shower & as if my feelings of insecurity during my shower were not bad enough"
