Know the T's and C's

Despite being told by my personal Banker that a positive balance in excess of R30,000.00 would wave all the 90 min access rule, this clearly has not been explained. <br> <br> None of the staff know about it, better yet, the check person refused to contact a manager. Brilliant customer service!
