How disappointing!

We arrived at the Slow Lounge on 19:00 on a very quiet evening at ORT. No queues at check-in or immigration and with the Slow Lounge half-full. The place was dirty, table tops and the bar counter very dirty, had to wait for a long time for anyone to serve you drinks (even though we were the only people waiting at the bar), both meals (pasta and soup) were finished, the bar staff were completely unhelpful, etc. Shocking and disappointing. Clearly no management, pride or accountability.
