Food poisoning

I got food poisoning at the JHB Airport Slow Lounge on the 18th of November. I ate food at the Slow lounge (last meal I had before that was 3 hours prior)

Within an hour I had tummy cramps and had to be rushed to the hospital and put on a drip at 1am (6 hours later) with food poisoning.

I got slapped with a hospital bill which I feel I should be compensated for. I have emailed and filled out their form and 2.5 months later the are still "investigating".

Surely they should have concluded the investigation already... I told them exactly what I ate.

I just want someone to actually follow through.
